Five Internet Sources.

http://blog.hippiecouture.com/
This site is very interesting because it show cases the popular trends that existed during the 60's-70's era, an era I truly appreciate. It features several trends such as jewelry with huge stones, fringed bags, bright colored pants and tops, feathered head dresses, and even more. Not only are old photographs included but also modern day photos that have been adapted by modern day designers who are inspired by the old 70's look.

I enjoy this site simply because every aspect it includes. I especially enjoyed the bright colors that draw my eye into what they are going to talk about. This site doesnt just include fahsion and art but photography, music and culture. As you go to each tab of the site, it points you to the top favorite things that the outside world enjoys the most.My favorite tab would be the design tab, where they feature all types of design such as industrial, architecture and my passion interior design. Lastly it features all types of art in mixed medias such as print, collage, etc.

I found this site most interesting because it highlights one particular item. within that one particular item, they compress a cultural aspect behind it. They give a sense of education to what is art and or fashion. They also feature music that soothes the body. Also they give current events of the things that are going on in the world.

I found this interesting because it includes videos on differnt topics instead of pictures. They also feature other resources you can look through as you go through the site. Secondly, they highlight different people nation wide who do certain art work in various mediums and styles.

This site captured my eye from the various snippets from Vogue magazine in the very start. I simply enjoy looking at Vogue so this site is a plus for me in a sense. Throughout the site, it highlights certain spreads that were printed. Not only is there American Vogue but also Vogue:Latin America,Paris and Nippon. This site also points out various designers who are buzzing in the fashion industry. Lastly, the site features videos of an assortment of photo shoots and fashin shows. Overall giving me inspiration.
